About Ondrea Bell Levey

Ondrea Bell Levey was born and raised in the borderlands of Arizona & Mexico. She received her BFA at University of Arizona and her MFA in Visual Studies at Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland, Oregon. Her work is an expression of compassion towards the shadows and dark corners of ourselves using large scale installation that draws you to an intimate connection. Ondrea’s practice expands to pedagogical concerns. She has teaching experience with emphasis on identity, play, and practice development. She has been invited to present her work and teaching practices at University of Arizona, University of Arkansas, Museum of Contemporary Art Tucson, Jewish History Museum, and Teaching Artist Podcast.
